introduction to several important Tibetan buddhist meditations. specifically we will go through a traditional visualization and explanation of the famous mantra Om Mani Padme Hung, followed by an uplifting meditation based on your own personal closest teacher, followed by a compassion meditation called Tonglen. Open to all levels.

Tibetan Heart Yoga is based on the traditional yoga system practiced for centuries in monasteries of Tibet. Adapted by a Buddhist monk for modern students in the west, open to all levels. You will learn some very interesting and unique asanas (postures) and excercises that you have probably never seen before! Also introduces some simple but potent meditations. Helpful for reducing stress and improving your breathing, range of motion, strength, flexibility, balance, circulation, and general health.
