By embracing the practice of the more exhilarating arm balances (such as handstands, and forearm balances) we will feel a shift towards a stronger, healthier, more confident and more stable experience in our practice.

Yoga Lounge is a vinyasa style class, flowing with earthy trance-like rhythms and healing chants to lift, balance and restore your energy. This class flows with the groove of Swaha’s pre-recorded richly textured yoga lounge music, entitled 'Vishnu’s Dream'. Yoga lounge is a dynamic class that is grounding, energizing, transcendental and transformational!! Following this class, we flow into a kirtan (call-and-response chanting) with Swaha to further our experience of ecstacy and bliss!!

This class explores a full range of hip opening movements as keys to releasing blocked and stagnant energy and facilitating the flow of prana throughout. A killer hip-opening class!
